Founded in 1972, Worley Machine is a veteran-owned, family operated business.  Worley Machine has grown into one of the largest CNC production shops in Virginia with 60 CNC machines.  We have expanded operations with our main state-of-the-art 66,000 square foot facility.  We have recently purchased a 77,000 sq ft facility beside us and renovating it into our automated production facility.  That facilty houses our robotic machines, swiss machines and high output production machines.    

The company was started by the current owner Donald (Don) C. Worley and his two brothers in the back of an old apple barn. Our company was incorporated in 1974.  In 1977, a newer 5,000 square foot facility was built near the original barn on family land. Don took sole ownership of the company in the early-1980s and in 1984 the current facility was built in Woolwine, Va., along Hwy 8 to access three phase power. The current facility has taken on nine expansions since 1984. In the mid-1990s, three of Don’s children came into the business and today the 2nd generation owners run the day-to-day operations of Worley Machine. . Worley Machine has grown in size and scope because we offer quality machining services at competitive prices.  We can machine small swiss work to large 1000MM parts at very competitive prices and high volume production. v

Worley Machine has been a solid fixture in America’s manufacturing sector for over 50 years. Our state-of-the-art facility houses more than 60 multi-functional automated CNC machines networked with CAD/CAM software.  Our equipment ranges from small swiss style 8 axis machines to large 1000 MM horizontal machining.  

Our company operates two shifts – 20 hours per day Monday through Thursday and 10 hours on Friday to ensure expedited service in some cases. We have more than 200 years of combined machining experience and a reputation of providing excellent quality and outstanding customer service.
